What data we process
To operate the account and fulfill orders, we process name, email, order data, inquiries, and technical information needed to protect the site. For license binding, a SHA-256 hash of the device code is stored; the actual device code is not saved.
What are the data used for
Data needed for authorization, providing programs and licenses, supporting users, processing payments, and preventing abuse.
Cookies and local settings
We use only the necessary cookies and browser settings that ensure the functioning of the account and the functions selected by the user:
- clanplay_session — secure authorization and protection of forms, up to 30 days after the last activity; The cookie is protected by the HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax flags.
- clanplay_language — selected site language, up to 1 year.
- clan_columns_* — user-selected clan statistics columns, valid for up to 1 year.
- clanplay_cookie_notice — remembers that the notification was shown, for up to 1 year.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If such technologies become available, they will not be included unless specific user consent is obtained where such consent is required.
Third-party transfer
Only necessary information for performing the corresponding operation is transferred to payment and infrastructure providers. We do not sell personal data.
