This document is an official offer by self-employed Zverkov Sergey Vladimirovich, INN 774313000779 (hereinafter referred to as 'Seller') to enter into a contract with a capable legal or physical person, hereinafter referred to as 'Buyer', under the conditions set forth below.
1. Terms
Site — internet resource clanplay.today and its service subdomains. Program — software listed in the catalog. License — limited non-exclusive right to use the selected Program. Order — unique application, created by the buyer on the Site.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The seller shall provide the buyer with the right to use the selected program within the purchased license, while the buyer is obliged to pay for the order. Name, features, system requirements, cost, term and limitations of the license are published on the corresponding Program page.
The main product available is ChestMaster: a program for automatic collection, OCR recognition and analytics of chest data. The current cost for each available payment method is published on the Program page and is calculated using the site’s unified internal rate.
3. Conclusion of the Agreement
Before placing an order, the Buyer familiarizes themselves with the Program description, price, this Offer, and the order and return process. Acceptance of the Offer is by paying for the ordered item. The contract is considered concluded after payment confirmation by the payment provider.
4. Price and Payment Order
Cost is shown on the Programs page and recorded in the order. For Russia, YKassa is used; for Europe and other countries, Volet.com, including available cryptocurrency methods. The buyer checks the amount, currency, and details on the provider's page.
Seller issues an electronic receipt confirming payment in a manner applicable to the taxpayer.
5. License Provision
Upon server confirmation of payment, the order will be automatically marked as 'Paid' and a license key will appear in your personal cabinet. Typically it takes several minutes; in case of technical delays, up to one working day. Detailed procedure is published on the page Digital Order Receipt.
ChestMaster license is provided for one device. The buyer may not transfer the key to third parties, distribute copies of the Program, circumvent technical restrictions or perform decompilation except as expressly permitted by law.
6. Rights and Obligations of Parties
The buyer provides accurate contact information, follows instructions and rules of the game or platform where they use the Program, and ensures account and key confidentiality.
7. Updates and Technical Requirements
Program operation depends on operating system compatibility, third-party game and its interface. Current requirements and known limitations are published on the product page or communicated by support. Substantial changes to already paid orders are not applied retroactively.
8. Cancellation of Order and Return
Before issuing a unique license, the Buyer may request cancellation of the order. After issuance and activation of the license, requests are considered based on usage start and applicable legislation. 9. Liability
Parties are liable according to Russian legislation. The seller is not responsible for any inability to use due to instructions violation, third-party platform blocking, customer equipment malfunction, or force majeure. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
10. Personal Data

11. Complaints and Disputes
Complaints are sent to emeraldsoft@yandex.com with the order number and nature of the request. The review period is up to 10 calendar days. In case of unresolved disputes, they are resolved in accordance with Russian legislation.
