How does the buyer receive the program and license after payment?

What does the buyer receive?

CLANPLAY sells the right to use software in electronic form. For ChestMaster, the buyer receives a unique license key for one device, access to the latest distribution, and instructions on installation and activation.

How is the order received

  1. The buyer registers on the site and places an order on the program page.
  2. Redirects to a secure YKassa or Volet.com page and completes the payment.
  3. Payment provider sends a server-side confirmation of payment.
  4. The site automatically marks the order as 'Paid' and creates an active license.
  5. License appears in the 'My Licenses' section of your personal account.
Important: a successful refund message from the payment page does not constitute a payment confirmation. A license is created only after a secure server notification from the payment system.

Term of provision

Usually, a license appears in your personal cabinet within several minutes after payment confirmation. In case of technical delay, support processes the order no later than one working day.

Installation and activation

The key is entered in the program activation window. Upon a successful first check, the license is bound to the device. The current limit for ChestMaster is one device. Installation assistance is provided via support contacts.

Check order status in your personal cabinet. If payment is confirmed but key is missing for more than 30 minutes, contact us at emeraldsoft@yandex.com and specify account email and order number.
