Install and connect
Install the program and extract the archive to a permanent folder. Do not run it from the ZIP file. Keep the data folder when updating; it contains the local database. Sign in to ClanPlay, connect the correct clan, then sign in to the game in the built-in browser.
Collect chests
Open your clan in the game and scroll through the member list to the bottom. Go to Clan → Gifts and press Collect on the toolbar above the game. Wait for collection to finish; review entries in the Chests tab.
Upload data to the website
On the Synchronization tab, choose a range of 1 to 60 days and press Send now. Automatic uploads can be enabled in Settings. Keep the computer, program and internet connection available. Check the result and last update time on the website.
Statistics and periods
On the clan page, choose a period or date range and enable group columns as needed. Chest quantity and points are different: a group with zero points still displays its quantity. Upload time is shown in Moscow time; a chest keeps its recorded collection date.
Groups, points and targets
The clan owner manages groups and point values in the control panel. Group membership determines which chest types are added together; price changes points only. Debt carryover can add a shortfall to the next norm period. Check the selected dates and time zone.
Events and leaderboards
Create an event, set its start, end and clan time zone, select the chest groups, then publish it. The leaderboard includes only selected chest types collected during the event dates. Monthly statistics may also include chests collected before the event.
Troubleshooting
Check the connected clan, last upload time and selected date range. If totals differ, compare dates and groups, then inspect individual entries. Refresh game resources to resolve unfamiliar names. For support, save the error text, clan link and a screenshot.
